Biography
I was born and raised in Baytown, Texas, a small town on the outskirts of Houston. Being so close to a bustling metropolitan area growing up, allowed me to experience the wonderful and diverse musuems and art galleries that the city has to offer. Not to mention the rich cultural background that keeps the cities heartbeat pulsing. I have been drawing and creating art since I was a child. I remember even as a child I knew what my passion was. The urge to create and express myself in different mediums has followed me ever since. I give a lot of thanks to my family who has been very influential in that aspect of my life. Giving me their support and encouragement has allowed me to grow as an artist.
I now live in Houston, where I create out of my home studio. I am constantly working on new projects and in my down time I make sure to keep my digital and traditional skills sharp using tutorials from various books, magazines and websites. My philosophy is that you can never know enough, there is always something new to learn.
